Vision

To encourage women to join the web3 space, i.e. to increase the percentage of women working in this field;
To create a community based on mutual support and female solidarity, where women feel comfortable to learn, create, innovate and improve the world we live in through web3 initiatives, projects and events;
To populate this community with strong and independent women who are active, supportive and innovative in the web3 space;
To ensure access to opportunities and resources that enable women to develop their skills and abilities and contribute to the development of this rapidly evolving space;
Last, but not least, to create a safe and friendly space where women can share knowledge, experiences and support each other's professional development.

To build a new world where women are no longer a professional minority in the web3 industry, but pillars of innovation and technological progress;
To encourage the participation and representation of women in technology in general and in the web3 space in particular;
To transition from the traditional education to an electrifying new world of decentralized technology, and encourage diversification in the digital world;
To become a forum for decision making and integration of women active in web3 in Romania mainly, but also in Europe;
To build a community that supports and empowers women to assert themselves in the web3 space, a community that is solid, inclusive, with integrity, supportive, innovative, creative, strong and kind, a community that becomes a mentoring ecosystem for women in the web3 space;

In the international Web3 scene there are many such communities I am part of, focused on the achievements of women working in this field and I am glad that now there is a Romanian version. I anticipate that it will have visibility and traction through its successes as a group.
